currently the only marine layer contributer, i think it's time for a proper introduction. mini's name is jason, but i don't know anyone that calls him that. maybe his parents, but i'm not sure. filmer and director of the cult classic 'Seasick' and groundbreaking 'Damage Inc.' he's been filming the waters of california since i was a kid. i remember going surfing and seeing him filming the malloys and tim curran when i was like 14 years old. I thought they were rad. i wanted to put stickers on my board and do airs. then when i did that he started filming me. now he works for marine layer making web videos. mini boogieboards. in fact he used to be a semi-pro. when he did a boogieboard contest last october he was super nervous. he was eggy for like a week. then he went out and won the thing and i was there with a handycam to capture it.
