Before sending any item to us, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number (RA#): (714) 889-7177 or email us at email@example.com. Items shipped without a return authorization# may be refused at time of delivery by the receiving department at Summer Teeth. Customer is responsible for all items shipped without a return authorization #. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All our products are warranted against breakage caused by defects in materials or manufacturing at Summer Teeth’s discretion, for one year from the date of purchase. Warranty is void without valid proof of purchase. Warranty excludes product altered after purchase, damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use.
To make a warranty claim during the warranty period, securely pack your product (RA# must be written on outside of shipping package), along with original proof of purchase, information containing your name, return address, telephone number, and a brief note describing the damage to your product and how it occurred. Summer Teeth is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit; therefore we recommend that you use a shipper that will allow you to insure your package.

Return unworn items in original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. If exchanged, we will pay domestic ground shipping for a new item to be shipped back to you.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error.

Please carefully package your return, ideally in the same packaging that we used to ship it to you along with its packing materials. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt and please handwrite which item you’d like to exchange for.
We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post from USPS. Ship via ground method, and insure your package. We cannot handle your return any quicker, so do not ship back using express shipping.
Returned merchandise from large quantity orders will be subject to a re-stocking charge.
Requests for orders to be cancelled after they are processed will result in the refund being less a 10% restocking fee up to $50 maximum. If the order has been shipped and is in transit with UPS, the refund amount would be less the shipment costs, in addition to the 10% restocking fee.
If a refund is requested, expect a refund within 7 to 14 days after we receive your return. Return will be in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Summer Teeth does not cover the costs of duty/tax fees collected by the international Government’s Customs Department.
